4. Payment Terms & Policies
Payment Method
M-Pesa number: 0112 555 000. Use your name as the account reference. Cash payments are accepted with an official receipt.
Due Date
Fees are due by the 5th of every month. Late payment after the 7th attracts a KES 500 penalty.
Membership Freeze
Members may freeze membership for up to 2 months per year at KES 1,000 per month to retain their slot.
Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice is required. No refunds are issued on grading fees or special packages.
Discounts
- 20% off the 2nd family member and 30% off the 3rd+ member.
- 10% discount for students, teachers, and disciplined forces with valid ID.
- 10% discount for annual upfront payment.
- Referral bonus: 1 free month for every 3 new students referred.
